Baha and Bahi are the living community of Newars in Kathmandu valley. Baha are larger in area where as multiple Bahis can be associated to each Baha or independent. Each Baha or Bahi has its own significance, similar but specific rules and particular social structure. Hence, we have tried to explore Baha and Bahi of Lalitpur with our own interest. We would expect to get creative advice and comment on this project.
